If for any reason you cannot find the help you are looking for, Please fill out the appropriate trouble ticket with details of the request; also please provide the required contact information and the best time to reach you. Please be sure to check all that applies so we are able to expedite your support request in a timely manner. There will be a charge of $95 per hour or $195 per incident if Graphics Tech finds the issue is not caused by us. Once you fill out and return a Trouble Ticket – we will then investigate the problem and notify you of our outcome prior to resolving the issue within 24 hours.
